About Me

Hi, I'm Alexander Holland, a dedicated data analyst with over six years of experience in the NHS, primarily working with qualitative data to improve patient experiences. My journey in data analytics started three years ago, during which I taught myself Power BI, SQL, and Python. In my most recent role as a Data Analyst for the NHS, I focused on analyzing patient experience data to find ways to enhance services and make a meaningful impact on healthcare outcomes.

I’m eager to transition into working more with quantitative data and have designed my portfolio to reflect this shift. My goal is to broaden my expertise in areas such as statistical modeling and forecasting, focusing on creating data-driven strategies that can make a difference in various sectors beyond healthcare.

In addition to my technical skills, I’ve developed strong communication abilities, which are crucial for explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Whether it's building dashboards or developing predictive models, I thrive on the challenge of turning raw data into actionable insights that drive change.
